Job Description
This Melbourne based role supports apprentice and trainee onboarding, enrolment, and compliance processes. It involves building employer relationships, meeting enrolment targets, and providing on-site support at worksites. The company will cover all applicable travel costs including accommodation where applicable. The position also contributes to identifying new apprenticeship and traineeship opportunities through business-to-business engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan future enrolments, course dates, and offerings
- Explain programs and eligibility requirements to clients and ensure enrolment paperwork is accurate
- Distribute enrolment documentation and support smooth student onboarding
- Accurately manage student data in Salesforce, VETenrol, and VETtrak
- Implement strategies to maximise enrolment conversion and ensure effective student onboarding
Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in education and/or business management /marketing/sales
- Strong knowledge of VET systems (VETtrak, VETenrol, Ready Skills) and government funding models (Skills First, Smart & Skilled, QLD).
- Extensive experience in business development, sales, and achieving revenue and strategic outcomes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and government.
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills, meeting ASQA and HESG compliance requirements.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and effective use of student management systems.
