- Together we'll achieve a bold shift from legacy systems to seamless, personalised experiences
- Permanent, full-time position based at Qantas Corporate Campus in Mascot
The Qantas Group is transforming how we offer, sell, and deliver our products. Modern Retailing represents a significant strategic priority as we move beyond legacy distribution models to customer-centric, digitally enabled retailing powered by dynamic offers, seamless order management, and frictionless fulfilment across every channel.
The Director Modern Airline Retailing Program

Working closely with senior leaders across Commercial, Technology, Operations, and Customer Experience, you'll deliver seamless digital experiences, optimise processes, and embed data-driven decision-making, while leading change and capability development across the organisation.
You'll Have
- 15+ years' aviation industry experience, with proven exposure across commercial, technology and operational functions
- 5+ years leading offer and order management or modern retailing initiatives, ideally within an airline or travel context
- Deep understanding of legacy airline systems (PSS, GDS) and next-generation standards such as NDC and OOSD
- Proven track record in large-scale business and technology transformation, including strategy development and execution
- Expertise in CRM, order management platforms and advanced data analytics tools, with strong data-driven decision-making capability
- Demonstrated ability to lead global, cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and manage complex budgets and priorities
