Our team of experienced psychologists, therapists, PBS practitioners and specialist support coordinators provide support, therapy and learning so that people can reach their full potential.

The Role:
- Training, mentoring and clinical supervision provided

- In this role you will have the opportunity to drive real change for people with disability, their families and support systems through:
- Providing specialist assessment, consultation, therapeutic interventions and professional services.
- Developing effective interventions using assessment, treatment, programming, behaviour support, therapeutic program development and research skills.
- Improving the quality of services provided to people with disability by providing expert behaviour support and intervention in line with contemporary and evidence-based practice.
- Undertaking specific adaptive functioning, risk and behaviour-related assessments.
- Preparing, writing, delivering and implementing psychosocial and behaviour assessment reports as well as quality behaviour support plans.
Our head office is in Coburg, with some work throughout Melbourne and surrounds including Geelong.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with individuals, families, and children with disability
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, report writing and behaviour support planning
For Core & Proficient Practitioners (Already Registered):
- Current NDIS Commission registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
- Experience delivering Positive Behaviour Support
- Current WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening
- Driver's licence
For Practitioners Working Towards Registration:
- Relevant qualifications/experience in disability, psychology, counselling, social work, or related fields
- Strong understanding (or developing knowledge) of Positive Behaviour Support and NDIS requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Current WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain)
- Driver's licence
