**Role Description/Criteria**

Mercy College is a Catholic Secondary Girls’ College with a proud and rich history of education in the local Coburg area and surrounding suburbs.

We are currently seeking a Careers Practitioner for an ongoing part-time position (0.4FTE), commencing January 2026. Applications are invited from passionate and qualified individuals who are committed to supporting students in their career development and educational planning. The Careers Practitioner works in collaboration with the Careers and Pathways Leader to provide career information, guidance, and resources that empower students to navigate their future pathways.

Appointees are expected to show understanding of and commitment to the Catholic ethos of the College. Mercy College is committed to creating and maintaining a child safe environment in which students feel safe and are safe. A condition of employment is that the applicant is deemed to be suitable to work with children.
