With over 20 years experience in the water industry, Watertorque is an established business, with a focus for developing efficient and sustainable water solutions for our clients.

At the heart of our business are our people, a close knit team with experience in irrigation, agriculture, civil and solar water systems.

We are seeking a Retail Salesperson to join our team on a full-time basis, working out of our Muchea branch Monday - Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm & Saturday AM trade for sales enquiries.

If so you will be a team player, with a positive attitude and passion for providing great service to your clients.​

You will be responsible for handling a variety of enquiries relating to irrigation & water products in a rural environment. 

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Opening & closing the Muchea branch
  • First point of contact for all phone calls & walk in clients
  • Handle sales email enquiries to the store
  • Assisting clients with product selection for pumping & irrigation
  • Procuring goods & arranging freight
  • Showroom presentation

Proactive approach with strong problem solving traits

Good attention to detail with regard to presentation & professionalism

Sound knowledge of computer based apps & Microsoft 365 programs

Excellent phone manner & organisational qualities

Ability to work in a team environment & independently

Calm approach to prioritising workload & meeting specified deadlines

Willingness to learn, drive to develop & open to improvement
