We're now seeking a Retail Sales Performance Manager in Perth a driven and dynamic professional who knows how to bring out the best in people and turn potential into performance.


About the Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Brand, this role focuses on sales training, capability development, and driving individual productivity across our store network. You'll be hands-on in stores, coaching team members to shine through confident selling, customer connection, and consistent execution of the sales process.

This is a multi-site, field-based role where no two days are the same, working shoulder-to-shoulder with Store Managers and Sales Professionals to lift performance and create measurable results on the shop floor.


What You'll Do
  • Actively coach store teams to maximise individual productivity and sales conversion
  • Deliver engaging, practical brand training sessions and in-store development
  • Partner with Store Managers to identify sales performance opportunities
  • Champion the Mazzucchelli's sales framework across all locations
  • Track and analyse individual and team sales performance weekly & monthly
  • Streamline new team members in key locations for positive induction measures

What You'll Bring
  • Proven success in retail sales leadership, training or performance coaching
  • A strong understanding of retail sales processes and jewellery selling behaviours that drive results
  • Confidence and experience in facilitating learning and developing individuals
  • The ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • A passion for people, retail, and jewellery
