Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Technical Support Engineer to join our infrastructure support team in Perth. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of technical incidents, work closely with clients, and troubleshoot real-world issues in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide second-level technical support for software, hardware, and network-related issues
  • Diagnose and resolve escalated support tickets from Help Desk team
  • Monitor system performance and support cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
  • Liaise with development teams to address bugs and client feedback
  • Write and maintain documentation for known issues and fixes
  • Participate in after-hours support rotation (minimal, with allowance)

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in technical support, systems administration, or IT engineering
  • Solid troubleshooting skills across Windows/Linux environments
  • Experience with remote desktop tools, ticketing systems, and cloud platforms
  • Knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, and VPN configuration
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
