Job Summary:

The purpose of this role is to support and help drive the transition of Advisers and Clients to the HUB24 Platforms by: supporting, facilitating, and tracking the transition of Adviser Clients over to the HUB24 Platform and managed portfolios.

This will be achieved by working closely with financial planning practices that have adopted HUB24 and managed portfolios via the sales process delivered by the HUB24 State and Business Development Managers, and that are in need of coaching, transition support and project management to fully unlock the economic benefits of transitioning their clients onto HUB24 and managed portfolios.

Responsibilities:

  • Help build trust, communicate effectively and drive engagement with the adviser and their staff by providing quality and timely project deliverables.

  • Assist with Client Reviews/Fee Comparisons and help advisers develop a business case for Client Transitions to HUB24.

  • Assist by participating and contributing to planning workshops and regular project meetings to plan, setup and implement the Transition Project

  • Assist advisers and their staff with the timely collation of data and documentation required for transitioning their funds.

  • Assist with consulting and support to advisers across the entire onboarding process.

  • Ensure advisers are appropriately supported with preparation of client applications, application submission and implementation tracking.

  • Help advisers with business related queries and the resolution of day to-day issues in adopting the HUB24 systems.

  • Troubleshoot and solve problems, assist advisers with raising, tracking, and escalating support issues identified during the implementation and transition process.

  • Help deliver targeted Onboarding and Implementation training support as required.

  • Contribute to the creation of required documents, calculators, presentations, flowcharts and diagrams.

  • Contribute to document and enhance the workflow to streamline the transition process across all departments and improve tracking and accountability.

  • Ensure the CRM is updated and ensure process checkpoints and statuses are completed by the appropriate party at each stage of the on-boarding process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of relevant industry experience, in roles such as Business Development, Account Management, Financial Advisory, Paraplanning and Client Service.

  • Experience working with advisers and counterparties.

  • Platform, Managed Accounts, and/or related Wealth Management experience.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, leveraging tools such as formulas, charts and pivot tables.

  • Demonstrated exceptional communication skills —listening, speaking, writing, and presenting.
