Job Description

Love + Money is building the best client list in the world. To do that, we need a Head of Growth who wakes up every morning hungry to win—who smells opportunity like a shark smells blood in the water. This role isn't about managing accounts; it's about chasing down the right clients, wherever they are, and convincing them to join us. You'll live and breathe our services—Agency, ToolKit, and Ventures—so deeply that selling them becomes instinctive. You'll build trust with clients, negotiate hard but fair, and create deals that work for everyone. You won't give people what they want—you'll give them what they
need
. You're the type who feels personally affronted if a client doesn't choose us, the type who keeps calling until the conversation is had. You don't see money as motivation—you see it as a scoreboard. You're driven by competition, by craft, and by the pursuit of building the best roster of clients anywhere.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt and win new clients across Australia and the US, building a world-class client portfolio.
  • Drive growth across Agency, ToolKit, and Ventures, deeply understanding what we sell and why it matters.
  • Negotiate with intelligence—balancing ambition and pragmatism to secure deals that endure.
  • Teach clients what they
    need
    , not just echo what they
    want
    —a natural challenger seller mindset.
  • Create repeatable growth by selling back into existing clients, turning one win into many.
  • Act as the face of Love + Money in key markets—confident, relentless, magnetic.
  • Partner with the leadership team to shape growth strategy, client targeting, and deal structures.

How Will You Be Measured?

  • New business growth: delivering $1.5M+ AUD in new billings per quarter.
  • Client mix: building a roster of high-calibre, aligned clients.
  • Repeatability: securing ongoing scopes from every win.
  • Internal trust: delivering growth without stitching up the delivery team.
  • Financial performance: client profitability at 70%+.
  • Leadership presence: being requested by name in pitch rooms, boardrooms, and industry conversations.

  • Proven track record in growth, sales, or partnerships within creative industries, tech, or consulting.
  • Natural challenger seller instinct—you push thinking forward.
