Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors, the Head of Operations will be responsible for leading a team with a mandate to drive business growth.

- Overall leadership for a small team with a focus on strategic development and growth.
- Lead, supervise and coach all staff, provide adequate training and ongoing coaching including development plans.
- Responsible for ensuring effective management reporting and organizational planning through the use of operational systems and processes.
- Ongoing improvement of systems and reporting processes.
- Oversight of monthly and quarterly forecasts assessing Operations performance against financial and operational goals.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory obligations through adherence to audits and procedures 100% of the time.
- Creating a positive team culture that is engaging, rewarding and delivers results.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and a strong track record of achievement with at least 10-15 years of experience in a similar role.
- Direct Credit Agreement (DCA) exposure combined with strong people management skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate employees.
- Proven sales and business development track record to drive business growth
