This is a continuing, Term-time role - Monday - Friday - 7:30am - 3:35pm
The Coordinator of Learning Support Operations provides high-level administrative, operational and compliance expertise to the Learning Enhancement and Support faculty, ensuring the efficient functioning of faculty processes that enable inclusive learning across the College.
The role maintains the accuracy and integrity of key learning data and registries; supports NCCD, AARA, transition, exam and reporting requirements; facilitates effective communication with staff, families, and external partners; and coordinates administrative aspects of assessment adjustments and examinations. Through strong organisational capability, professional judgement and a commitment to service excellence, the position coordinates the smooth faculty operations and enhances the learning experience and support provided to students.
