We're looking for a Part-Time Apprenticeship Coordinator to join our team at Kedron Head Office and support a number of sites across South-East Queensland, Mackay and New South Wales.
About the Role:
As an Apprenticeship Coordinator, you will work closely with service managers and training providers to manage and support apprentices throughout their training to ensure a structured and rewarding learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage apprenticeship programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and training requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to apprentices, tracking their progress.
- Collaborate with training providers, and internal teams to integrate education with hands-on experience.
- Maintain accurate apprenticeship records, contracts and compliance documentation.
- Assist with apprentice recruitment and onboarding.
- Support managers in mentoring and developing apprentices within the workplace
About You:
- Experience in apprenticeship coordination, HR, training, or a similar role
- Previous experience working in the automotive industry (desired but not mandatory)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of apprenticeship regulations and training frameworks
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Team-oriented and results-focused mindset
- A current QLD drivers' licence
