KSN Air Conditioning is a growing company, and we're currently looking for the right person to join our team. We have an exciting opportunity for either a Qualified Tradesman or an Apprentice in the air conditioning industry.

Position: Qualified Tradesman

Essential Skills and Qualities:

  • Proven experience in air conditioning installation and servicing.
  • Strong leadership skills – able to manage both jobs and team members effectively.
  • High-level knowledge of equipment maintenance and system installations.
  • Physically fit and capable of performing demanding tasks such as lifting equipment and climbing ladders.
  • Certificate IV in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration is required.
  • Commitment to following all workplace health and safety procedures.

Position: Apprentice

Essential Skills and Qualities:

  • A strong willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Ability to assist senior technicians on-site.
  • Able to work well both independently and under supervision.
  • Commitment to workplace health and safety.

About the Role

We primarily focus on installation and service work across residential and commercial sites. You'll gain valuable experience in a supportive and professional environment.

Additional Information

  • Our base is in Smeaton Grange – if you are not prepared to travel to Smeaton Grange daily, this role may not be suitable for you.
  • If applying as a tradesman, please bring your trade licence with you to the interview.
