**CBS Printing - who we are:.**

CBS Printing is company strongly positioned in the commercial and packaging space. We operate late model printing & finishing equipment up to A1 sheet size and partner with strategic partners for work & finishes not produced in-house.

Due to continued growth we are looking for:
**Position: Offset Press Operator - Printer**

**Role**:Operator to run a Ryobi 920, 750 A2, UV inks - 4 Colour + Aqueous Coater Press.
- Training provided for these presses

Responsible to operate & run Press’s
- Load & use: plates, paper, Inks, varnishes, consumables for the running & operation of the press.
- Reporting to the Production Manger

**Shift**:Day shift (Flexible Options available)

**Expectations to be able to deliver & learn in the following**:

- Be proficient in operating & running multi-colour press’s.
- Have experience in using aqueous coating units.
- A high degree of accuracy and eye for detail.
- Optimise production ‘throughput’ at all times.
- Efficient time management and commitment to deadlines
- Work alongside and provide hands on support to the team.
- Commitment to communication to develop strong relationships with colleagues & management.
- Enthusiasm, a willingness to learn new programs & methods.

**You're Experience & Background**
Have strong experience in operating multi-colour presses and aqueous coating experience.

**Remuneration & Rewards**

A salary & remuneration package will be negotiated with the applicant based on their: experience, capability, knowledge, enthusiasm, willingness to learn and support of the company culture.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
