WPC Group has an opportunity for a passionate, enthusiastic and committed individual who wants to start their career in the heavy vehicle industry, but wants to be more than just a mechanic. In this apprenticeship, you will work towards obtaining a Certificate III in Automotive Manufacturing Technical Operations.
Our partner is well known within the industry in serving a reputation for being a leader in supporting the entire value chain and life cycle of road, bulk and refrigerated transportation.
Based in **Smeaton Grange, NSW**.
**About the Role**:
- Fabricate parts, welding, body repairs
- Maintain a hydraulic and air suspension/braking systems
- Install and repair electrical systems
- Operate load shifting equipment
- Finish and paint vehicle body part surfaces
**About You**:
- A passion for heavy duty semi trailers
- Reliable and punctual
- Great time management
- Drivers License and own vehicle to get around, or close to obtaining
- Committed to a 4-year apprenticeship, including practical studies at TAFE
