aMaze Parenting is a community-driven initiative supporting families across Bunbury, Collie and the Greater Bunbury region.
We help parents and caregivers strengthen family connections, access essential supports, and navigate challenges in health, housing and wellbeing.

About the Role
We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Coordinator (Case Manager) to provide family support and program coordination during a 6-month maternity leave period.
This role offers part-time or casual flexible hours (approximately 15–20 per week) and involves direct work with families, case management, referral coordination and collaboration with local agencies to improve outcomes for parents and children.
You'll join a small, dedicated team committed to supporting families with dignity, inclusivity and practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct intake, assessment and case management for referred families.
• Develop and review support plans addressing wellbeing, parenting, housing and community connections.
• Coordinate referrals to services across mental health, family support, disability and housing sectors.
• Provide support that reflects trauma-informed and strengths-based practice.
• Engage with families from diverse cultural backgrounds, including CALD and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, in a culturally safe manner.
• Work collaboratively with disability services and other stakeholders to enhance access and inclusion.
• Support the delivery of parenting education programs, community workshops and events.
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes and reporting data in line with program requirements.
• Build and sustain partnerships with local organisations, schools and health providers.
About You
• Minimum Certificate III or IV in Community Services, Family Support or related field (higher qualifications welcome).
• Experience in case management or family support within community services.
• Sound understanding of trauma-informed practice, CALD engagement, disability inclusion and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural awareness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage families from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a small team.
• Current Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance and driver's licence.
