Silverstrand is seeking multiple experienced Structures Supervisorexperienced in Civil Structure Projects.

Experienced in delivering FRP Structures.

FIFO to Townsville on a 2/1 project delivering complex FRP packages.

Base Salary + Super + 20% uplift + KPI Bonus + Allowances

About the Role:

You will be responsible for, but not limited to;

  • Delivering FRP packages across Local and FIFO projects
  • Work closely with engineers to forecast and implement construction plans
  • Ensure daily work activities are delegated efficiently at pre-start
  • Directly lead and oversee site teams in completing a DTMR or local council construction projects
  • Monitor and report on the progress of projects and make adjustments as necessary
  • Utilize, read and interpret project plans, designs and other instructions given by the Superintendent and Project Manager
  • Supervise the team to ensure the final product meets specifications in terms of design, quality, safety, and budget
  • Plan and schedule work, and allocate resources to meet project objectives
  • Provide guidance and training to junior staff and contractors
  • Coordinate and participate in safety meetings and inspections

About You:

  • Minimum of 8 years in the construction industry
  • Previous Supervisor experience on road infrastructure projects (DTMR preferred)
  • Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision or above is highly desirable
  • White card
  • Traffic Management Implementation is highly desirable
  • First Aid & CPR trained
