Your Role:

We're looking for a driven and customer-focused Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team. You'll be a brand ambassador who brings energy, passion, and a commitment to excellence to every customer interaction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is ready to take ownership of their performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
  • Support stockroom operations, replenishment, and inventory accuracy
  • Actively contribute to a positive team culture and help coach new team members.
  • Uphold operational standards and ensure compliance with company policies

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion, accessories, or luxury
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
