About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for an organised, customer service focused, career driven individual wanting to join Australasia's leading real estate group and step right in to a well established team of high performing and award winning Sales Consultants.  As a Sales Associate with Ray White Gawler, you will be mentored and supported in your sales journey and for those with the drive, persistence and self-discipline the rewards are ample with training provided throughout all stages of your career and new responsibilities introduced as the role evolves.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Managing administrative aspects of our agents appraisal and sales process

Assisting with buyer management and negotiation of offers

Attending appointments and inspections at properties

Booking and completing appraisals for clients

Building and nurturing a database of clients

Collecting data through cold calling, door knocking, letterbox dropping

Skills & Experience:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Results orientated

Professional phone manner and customer service

Ability to problem solve and use initiative

Ability to work independently and in a team

Commitment to customer service

A passion for property and people

Self motivated

Proficient IT skills

Attention to detail

High level of personal presentation

Must have a real estate licence or willing to complete the course
