Position;

  • Junior Assistant Allocator & Administrative Role for a large fleet of vehicles
  • Liaise with customers and drivers to communicate updates, emergencies and / or delays
  • Arrange empty container hire and de-hire, ensuring empties are de-hired within free time periods
  • Arranging documentation for drivers and slots

Requirements

To be successful for this role you will be able to display;

  • Advanced knowledge of transport procedures within an FCL environment
  • Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and negotiate solutions as required
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities
  • Expert communicator, with the ability to communicate to different levels of staff
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Understanding of industry compliances including Fatigue Management (BFM)
  • Multi-tasking
  • IT Proficiency

Maximas experience is preferred but not essential and your salary is negotiable and dependent on your experience and capabilities.
