About The Role

This role is a great opportunity for anyone who loves working in a supportive high performing team and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This role is a key support role and will be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound calls and emails and  from our Real Estate Agent Network
  • Outbound calls to Real Estate Agents to ensure LAF customers are followed up
  • Supporting the Account Management team
  • Onboarding Real Estate Agents to the LAF website
  • Build rapport with customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Provide attention to detail in capturing customer information accurately
