The Energy and Government Owned Corporations Branch of Qld Treasury is looking for an experienced Executive support team member to support the Assistant Under Treasurer. The role is initially 3 Months with the possibility of extension. Reporting directly to the Manager, Office of the Assistant Under Treasurer you will be part of a supportive team of Executive Program Officer professionals, providing high level project and administrative support across the Branch.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate:
• High level administrative and project support skills in a fast-paced, high- volume environment.
• Experience using Mincor/CWS or similar correspondence workflow/management system
• Proven use of discretion and the ability to actively listen, consult, and share information as appropriate.
• High level of personal responsibility for meeting objectives and progressing work to ensure senior executive activities, events and meetings are well organised and proceed with minimal disruption.
