Step into an exciting role in Queensland's first Office of Social Impact and shape a thriving for-purpose sector. As a Treasury Analyst, you will directly contribute to delivering impactful programs and policies that improve lives across Queensland, including managing the government's $20 million annual investment in social enterprises.

The role offers the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across the philanthropic, for-purpose and social impact sectors. You'll conduct research, provide strategic analysis, and support the delivery of innovative programs under the Social Enterprise and Impact Investing Roadmap. In This Role, You Will

  • Support program management and policy functions to achieve the Office of Social Impact's strategic objectives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to deliver initiatives within the Social Enterprise and Impact Investing Roadmap.
  • Assist with evaluation, performance monitoring, and economic analysis tasks related to program delivery.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, navigating complex issues to achieve outcomes.
  • Provide strategic, practical, and solutions-focused advice to support program and policy objectives.
  • Embrace innovation and evidence-based practices to improve policies and programs.

Whilst there are no mandatory qualifications needed for this role, relevant qualifications will be highly regarded.
