Network Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for network infrastructure upgrades, expansions, and migrations.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and changes.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Manage procurement of hardware, software, and services related to network projects.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in network infrastructure or IT project management.
- Strong understanding of networking technologies (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, routers, switches).
- Proven experience managing large-scale network deployments or upgrades.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
- Experience with ITIL practices is a plus.
Preferred Attributes:
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing projects with security clearance requirements (e.g., NV1/NV2).
- Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous.
