  • At least 10 years of experience in Networks project management Specifically on Ericsson/Nokia Mobile 3G/4G/5G core working with Operators like Optus or other operators in Australia like TPG/Telstra and also with vendors like Ericsson/ Nokia/ Huawei.
  • This role will work in the Customer's Network Engineering group, which is responsible for the core of the Customer's Existing Network, including 4G/5G packet, data & voice core, messaging services, real-time services, cloud infrastructure.
  • This role is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion.
  • This role is a full-time senior project manager role and requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several of the Customer's projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities

  • Focuses on completing a project as efficiently and promptly as possible
  • Managing several projects concurrently
  • Leading project meetings, steering committee meetings and planning sessions
  • Coordinating staff and internal resources
  • Managing project progress and adapt work as required
  • Ensuring projects meet deadlines
  • Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Designing and signing off on contracts
  • Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
  • Designing risk mitigation plan
  • Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
  • Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
  • Managing large and diverse teams
