Join MLEI as a Proposals Coordinator

MLEI is rapidly growing, and we're looking for a detail-oriented Proposals Coordinator to join our expanding national team. This role is central to our business, driving the preparation of high-quality submissions and proposals that showcase our expertise and support our continued growth.

Working closely with our technical teams, you'll coordinate and deliver compelling tenders, EOIs, proposals, and capability statements. If you're a skilled communicator with a flair for writing and presenting complex information clearly, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a fast-paced, professional services environment while contributing to MLEI's growth journey.

What You'll Do – Submissions & Proposals

  • Prepare and coordinate tenders, EOIs, proposals, and capability statements
  • Maintain and update submission templates, CVs, and project profiles
  • Collaborate with technical teams to gather and present project information in a compelling way
  • Ensure all submissions are accurate, professional, and compliant with requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong writing, editing, and formatting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with proposal or document management systems is a plus
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in submissions or proposals (professional services experience preferred)
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
