As the Chef de Partie in Events, you will be given the responsibility of supporting our Chef de Cuisine, Jose Soulard, to assist with leading the team, always ensuring consistency in high quality product and service standards. 

A few of your responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chef de Cuisine in the day-to-day operation of the Events kitchen team
  • Monitors stock levels
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of all food leaving the kitchen
  • Mentor and develop the Demi's, Commis' and Apprentice Chefs in our brigade

What are we looking for:

  • Experience required in a 5-star environment or large events operation
  • Full work rights and flexible availability over a 7-day roster
  • Experience driving quality and consistency, with a passion for a diverse range of food and a keen desire for continuous learning
  • Previous experience with quality control in production and preservation
  • Ability to ensure a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchens
