Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie at Kings Beach Surf Club, located in Sunshine Coast, QLD. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals, working closely with the head chef and kitchen team, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, and managing a specific section of the kitchen. The role involves preparing ingredients, cooking dishes to order, ensuring food presentation is of a high standard, and assisting with menu planning and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Experience in preparing and cooking high-quality meals
- Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene standards and food safety regulations
- Ability to manage a specific section of the kitchen
- Good teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with the kitchen team
- Culinary training or relevant certifications would be beneficial
