We service our Customers from our growing regions along Eastern Australia.

Job Details

We currently have opportunities for highly motivated, energetic and flexible workers, with demonstrated experience in fresh produce industry to confidently perform the duties of Dispatch forklift drivers.

For this role, you will be based locally in the Bowenarea, can work weekends and be available from now to November during our busy North Queensland season. For the right people, there may also be opportunity to travel for seasonal requirements within other regions of Australia.

The successful applicants will possess the following:

  • Available for shifts starting at 2am
  • Experience in fresh produce (preferred)
  • Willing to work in other areas of the operation (e.g. cleaning waste in the push-off area)
  • Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and quality
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Reliable and trustworthy personality
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Be a proactive team member

The essential skills for this role are:

  • Valid and current Forklift Ticket
  • At least a year of Forklift operational experience
  • You MUST be currently based in the Bowen area
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to changing workspaces
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously
  • Experience in cooling and temperature management; and
  • Sound computer knowledge (SAP knowledge or similar) is highly regarded.
