We are seeking an
Application Support Lead
to join our client's Brisbane-based team. This role combines
hands-on technical expertise
with the ability to guide and mentor a distributed support team, ensuring high-quality service delivery across a diverse enterprise application portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a distributed application support team across onshore and offshore locations
• Remain hands-on with escalated tickets, root cause analysis, and technical troubleshooting
• Support and oversee ERP, CRM, COTS and custom applications within a complex enterprise environment
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes in line with ITIL practices
• Drive service improvements, preventative measures, and ensure compliance with governance and audit requirements
• Work closely with vendors, business stakeholders, and executive leaders to manage expectations and escalations

Skills and experience

• 7+ years in application support, with at least 3 years in a lead role
• Demonstrated ability to balance leadership with hands-on technical delivery
• Experience with Microsoft technologies (Azure, Power Platform, SharePoint, Power BI) alongside ERP/CRM and custom applications
• Strong incident/problem/change management skills within a managed services or large enterprise environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
