The Opportunity

We?re on the lookout for an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our
Projects & Installation team. You?ll be working across sites in Brendale,
Hemmant, Carole Park, Yatala and Nerang, taking on SMP installations,
commissioning and brownfield upgrades. Every project is different, so if you
like variety, this role is for you.

What You?ll Be Doing

  • Installing
    mechanical, structural and piping systems (SMP)
  • Working
    with structural steel and materials handling equipment
  • Reading
    and interpreting technical drawings
  • Troubleshooting
    and problem-solving on brownfield sites
  • Working
    alongside supervisors, project managers and other trades
  • Always
    putting safety first (SWMS, JSAs, site procedures)

What You?ll Bring

  • Certificate
    III in Engineering - Mechanical (Fitting)
  • Hands-on
    SMP or heavy industry installation experience
  • Strong
    troubleshooting skills and adaptability on site
  • Good
    communicator, team player and able to work independently
  • Current
    tickets: Working at Heights, EWP, Forklift & White Card
