Customer Success Specialist – Flexible Work Options – Attractive Base Salary & Uncapped Commissions

Due to growth within the company we are searching for the next up and coming customer service specialist who will add value to both the business and ethos.



Requirements

· A diversified role with scope to develop your written and verbal communication skills, persuasive sales techniques and customer service approach

· A staged training program split over three months that allows you to learn on the job and develop:

o   detailed product knowledge at your own pace,

o   an understanding of the online sales process and customer experience from start to finish, and

o   an understanding of various government schemes and key stakeholders within the industry.

· A flexible work arrangement (casual and permanent roles available) to support a healthy and productive work life balance
