At Aphex, we believe construction teams deserve better tools than the outdated spreadsheets, whiteboards, and static solutions that belong in the 90s. That's why we've created a live, multiplayer planning platform to help teams work together effortlessly.
Our platform empowers the engineers who plan and manage the construction of tunnels, roads, bridges, and buildings—the infrastructure we use every day. By enabling full visibility of work across projects, Aphex makes it easier for everyone to stay aligned and productive.
We're at an exciting point in our journey. Since launching our V1 in 2019, we've gained traction across the UK, supporting many of the region's major contractors and construction projects. In 2022, we expanded into the Australian market, quickly establishing ourselves as the leading solution. As a team, we're evolving from refining the core concept of our product to optimising how we engage with, onboard, and support our growing user base.
Join us on a mission to transform an industry that drives nearly 10% of global GDP yet has seen productivity decline over the past 20 years. It's a challenge worth tackling.
The RoleAs a Customer Success Associate at Aphex, your mission is to help our users onboard, activate, and maximise the value of our platform. Working closely with our Customer Success and Sales teams, you'll play a key role in driving user success and expanding our impact on major infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Onboarding and Deployment: Assist with setting up and deploying Aphex on major construction projects to ensure a smooth transition.
- User Activation: Encourage platform engagement through proactive communication, tailored training sessions, and data-driven insights.
- Project Health Monitoring: Track key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and help design playbooks to improve project outcomes.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong connections with project teams to support account renewals and identify growth opportunities.
As you grow in this role, you'll take on more ownership of these processes, with the ultimate goal of transitioning to a Customer Success Manager. At Aphex, we value innovation and encourage everyone to challenge the status quo, propose better ways of working, and make them a reality.
