Pay Rate - Subject to candidate experience:

  • Mechanical Superintendent: $90 to $100/hr
  • Mechanical Supervisor: $85 to $90/hr

About Us:

KWCP is an Indigenous Western Australian owned and operated project execution company. We provide Tier 1 project solutions for brownfield and greenfield Sustaining Capital and Construction Projects within the Western Australia mining, minerals and industrial sectors. About the Role:

We're currently looking for skilled leadership professionals including SMP Superintendents and Supervisors for secured technical mining process plant upgrade project works in Q1/Q If you have a background in mining and are eager to tackle technical projects, join our dynamic team for exciting opportunities in the mining, construction, and maintenance sector.

Skills and Experience:

  • Schedule 26 approved, or willing to complete required courses
  • Ability to lead effective crews & foster high performing team environment
  • Proactive attitude and problem-solving ability
  • Good time management and communication with other work groups
  • Safety focused and ability to work well in a team environment
  • 8+ years in experience in a mining environment
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical & Drug and Alcohol test
  • Technical project execution/construction experience
  • RTIO, FMG, Roy Hill, BHP Inducted is desirable
  • Current WA Driver's Licence, Unrestricted C Class
