We're looking for a Maintenance Superintendent to keep the wheels turning—literally You'll manage maintenance across our fleet and our clients' mobile plant equipment, with the fun bonus of taking charge of drill maintenance too.

What We're After

  • Experienced Maintenance Superintendent with solid site time.
  • Strong equipment maintenance skills — especially CAT gear.
  • AMT software experience (bonus points).
  • Hands-on leader who gets teams moving.
  • Schedule 26 knowledge.
  • Great with people — supportive, steady, and team-focused.
  • Sharp eye for efficiency and cost-saving wins.
  • Knows Maintenance Management best practice.
  • Strong communication + leadership skills.
  • Heavy/Mobile Plant Trade Cert.
  • C Class manual licence.
