This business is entering a new chapter, private equity-backed, with fresh leadership and a transformation agenda already in motion. A newly formed Executive Management Team  is driving critical reform across the organisation, bringing together a blend of seasoned and newly appointed executives across the CEO, CPO and CIO.

With so much change underway, the need for a proactive, level-headed Executive Assistant has never been more important. This is a team where operating rhythm is still being defined, pressure is high, and no two days look the same. You'll be the connective tissue keeping the leadership team aligned, prepared, and focused as they navigate transformation.

The Opportunity

As Executive Assistant, you'll support the CEO directly while also managing coordination needs for the broader EMT. This is more than just a diary management role, it's a high-visibility, hands-on position where your calm presence, structured approach, and proactive mindset will help create order amid ambiguity.

You'll be trusted to anticipate needs, bring forward-looking thinking, and manage complex schedules, events, travel, and board preparation. If you're someone who thrives in organised chaos, has strong emotional intelligence, and loves creating structure, this role was made for you.

What You'll Do

Acting as the right hand to the CEO and support lead for three additional senior executives (CPO, CIO, MD), your role will include:

  • Managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and daily workflows across the EMT
  • Preparing board packs, agendas, reports, and presentations using GSuite (must-have skill)
  • Supporting monthly board meetings, leadership off sites, and internal events
  • Acting as a key liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Anticipating needs, flagging risks, and ensuring executives are prepped and focused each week
  • Coordinating with the Marketing & Comms team on event logistics and leadership messaging
  • Upholding confidentiality and navigating sensitive matters with discretion and maturity
  • Supporting the rhythm of the business: from daily team stand ups to long-term planning

What You'll Bring

This is not your first time supporting at the executive level, and it shows. You're experienced, emotionally intelligent, and trusted to operate in high-pressure, high-discretion environments. You bring structure, warmth, and energy to every interaction, and you're known for being two steps ahead.

We're looking for

  • 7–10+ years' experience in senior EA roles, ideally across both structured and fast-moving environments
  • Proven ability to support CEOs and C-suite executives with high autonomy and initiative
  • Advanced GSuite skills, including Slides, Docs, and Calendar
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • High levels of discretion, maturity, and professionalism
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident preparing polished documentation
  • A proactive, "on-the-front-foot" approach, you see what's needed before it's asked
  • Cultural fit is key: warm, resilient, reliable, and adaptable
  • Police check required
