Seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our new team.
This is a key production role for a baker skilled in a wide range of high quality pastries. The most important requirement is proven expertise in pastry lamination.
The Role: Part-Time Pastry Chef
This role offers immediate part time hours with a clear opportunity to become full time for the right candidate.
Key Requirements (Read Carefully):
- Must be an expert in Pastry Lamination (e.g., croissants, Danish, puff pastry).
If you do not have professional lamination experience, please do not apply.
Prepare and bake a diverse menu of products, including cakes, tarts, pies, mousses, and laminated goods.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to meet daily production deadlines.
Follow recipes exactly to ensure absolute consistency and high quality.
Maintain a consistently clean, organised, and safe workstation.
Manage stock, place orders, and minimise waste.
Decorate and present all pastries with professional precision.
