About your new role?

Reporting to the Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers with trade counter and phone sales enquiries;
  • Provide product information and support to customers (face to face, phone and email);
  • Processing of sales orders, invoices, quotations, purchase orders and stock transfers;
  • Assist with merchandising of the trade center showroom;
  • Ensure customers receive a high standard of service within the branch; and
  • General administration duties.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, a true customer service focus, and enjoy working in a faced-paced environment. In addition, and key for success in this role, the successful candidate will:

  • Be self motivated with a good work ethic;
  • Have a vibrant and outgoing nature, with the ability to connect with our customers;
  • Possess Air Conditioning, Refrigeration or Electrical sales experience (preferred but not essential);
  • Have strong attention to detail and good organisational skills;
  • Have a basic to intermediate level of computer skills;
  • Be a great communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical.
