We are experiencing rapid growth in the Electronic Security products offers a great opportunity for an experienced Internal Sales who is highly motivated team player selling CCTV, Alarms, Intercom and Home Automation systems to new in our branch.

**What the role expects from you**

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager
- Address customer enquiries and manage sales process through to sales close
- Advice on the most appropriate security solution in accordance with the customer’s requirements
- Preparation of quotations and purchase orders for each new customer
- Promote Security products including alarm systems, CCTV, and Home Automatons
- Build strong technical skills around the Security solutions and a good understanding of other adjacent products and services to enhance cross sell opportunities
- To conduct and manage the end-to-end sales process
- Ensure accuracy of sales quotations and orders
- Demonstrate ability to work autonomously and collectively within team environment to achieve maximum output and positive outlook to the contribution of achieving high morale within team
- Deliver a service and follow the sales methodology in all interactions with customers.
- Build strong technical skills around the Security solutions and a good understanding of other adjacent products and services to enhance cross sell opportunities
- Resolution of customer complaints relating to the sales process, RMA and payments
- Delivery of KPIs and customer service levels

- Ability to solve problems

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Commission
- Performance bonus
- Signing bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sunshine, VIC 3020: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Internal sales: 2 years (preferred)
- CCTV: 2 years (preferred)
- Security system: 2 years (preferred)
