The Role

You'll work across a diverse and engaging mix of family law and wills & estate matters, including:


• Parenting and property settlements


• Binding Financial Agreements and Consent Orders


• Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and Estate Planning


• Probate and Letters of Administration


• Contested and complex estate matters

You'll manage your own files with autonomy and integrity, while being supported by an experienced and approachable team.

About You

You're confident, capable, and client-focused. You bring empathy, initiative, and solid technical skills — and you want a role that values both professional excellence and personal wellbeing.

You'll have:


• Minimum 2 years PAE in Family and/or Estate Law


• Strong drafting and client communication skills


• A positive, proactive, and collaborative approach


• The ability to manage matters independently with attention to detail

This position is based in our Mandurah office, with flexibility in hours and days to suit the right candidate.
