Partnering with Talent Acquisition to map, identify and build external talent pools.
Continue to challenge the status quo, taking every opportunity to instil a mind-set and practice of ensuring organisation and role design optimises opportunity for business growth and value creation into the future.
Ensuring a tight linkage between recruitment, talent planning, succession and business partnering activities to ensure we are tapping into our internal talent pools and optimising growth and development opportunities for employees as much as possible.
