What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Account Director in the Consumer team, you'll step in over November – January (with potential for longer) to keep their premier client portfolio running smoothly. This is a hands-on client role, no people management, where you'll lead day-to-day client relationships and push integrated communications work forward across earned, social, influencer and digital.

You'll bring pace, clarity and senior counsel to planning, creative development, content, amplification, and measurement, with exposure across consumer, financial services (payments), destination, and consumer health categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own senior client relationships and be the day-to-day lead across a flagship account mix
  • Shape and drive integrated consumer programs (earned, social, influencer, digital), from brief to measurement
  • Write and refine narratives, media plans, creator partnerships, and content calendars that land in culture
  • Keep delivery on track: scopes, timelines, approvals, budgets, and quality control
  • Identify optimisations and opportunities for incremental growth during the contract period

Who You Are

  • SAD-level agency talent with years in brand/consumer PR and communications
  • Proven experience leading complex consumer programs; confident advising senior stakeholders
  • Strong craft skills across earned storytelling, social/influencer, content, and measurement
  • Calm operator who can slot into an existing team, take ownership, and deliver at pace
  • Category breadth a plus: payments/financial services, tourism/destination, consumer health
