The Opportunity

As
NSW Structural Director
, you will:

  • Lead and mentor
    a NSW group of structural engineers trusted by top-tier clients across commercial, health, education, mission critical, aviation and mixed-use sectors.
  • Drive design and delivery excellence
    across a portfolio of ambitious and technically diverse Tier 1 projects.
  • Collaborate at the highest level
    , working side-by-side with a multi-discipline in-house engineering team to shape integrated, future-ready solutions.
  • Expand opportunity
    , partnering with existing clients while opening new doors through your industry reputation and existing key relationships.
  • Guide key pursuits
    , helping to shape proposals, conversations, and strategies that resonate.
  • Champion a strong technical culture
    , where innovation, performance and development are part of the everyday.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 15 years in consulting structural engineering, 6+ years in Sydney, with deep experience in
    leadership, delivery and client relationships
    . Executive-level experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Recognised across the industry for your
    credibility, authenticity and strategic approach
    .
  • A motivating leader who people naturally follow,
    balancing ambition with empathy
    , and accountability with trust.
  • A self-starter with the intuition to capitalise on market opportunities.
  • Technically sharp, with the commercial judgment to make critical decisions.
  • Chartered Engineer (CPEng or equivalent)
