Connect APAC are delighted to partner with a global, Tier 1 FMCG Food Manufacturer in their search for a National Account Manager. This organisation have a market leading portfolio of some of the world's most loved brands and have fantastic career progression opportunities both domestically and internationally. Reporting directly into the Customer Director for the Out of Home Channel, this role is responsible for managing various Food Service customers including major QSR, Distributor and Hotel accounts. The role would be ideal for an existing National Account Manager or even an ambitious State Key Account Manager with exposure to the Food Service Channel looking to make the next step in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage customer relationships, overseeing day-to-day operations and supporting senior-level engagement with key HORECA accounts.
- Foster long-term partnerships and proactively identify new business opportunities.
- Implement organisational commercial strategy with precision, creativity, and a results-driven mindset
- Drive business growth by identifying new customer opportunities, developing customized solutions, and expanding key products into innovative formats and channels.
- Lead impactful negotiations, securing case deals, pricing strategies, and activation plans that deliver mutual value.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and execution.
- Ensure accurate demand planning and reporting, maintaining data integrity and forecasting precision.
- Manage budgets for trade and A&P spend with discipline, insight, and accountability.
Key Requirememts:
- Proven experience in the FMCG industry, preferably with exposure to HORECA, wholesale, or out-of-home channels.
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to develop new business opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and analytical thinking skills.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across functions such as marketing, supply chain, and commercial planning.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP TM, with a talent for translating data into actionable insights.
