About the Opportunity

Work with an established and trusted provider of advisory, consultancy, professional, and technical support services to undertake poignant engagements for clients within:

  • The Australian Defence Force
  • Commonwealth Agencies
  • Industry
  • Small-medium business
  • Not-for-profits

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyse, and prioritise stakeholder needs to inform effective engagement strategies and communications.
  • Develop, implement, and measure creative marketing, advertising, and communication campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Gather, analyse, and present data-driven insights to inform campaign direction and measure engagement outcomes.
  • Advise on communication best practices to increase audience reach and impact.
  • Support change initiatives by tailoring messaging and content to drive awareness and participation.
  • Champion the organisation's brand and values through consistent, high-quality engagement activities.

Guiding SFIA Skills

  • Stakeholder Relationship Management (RLMT): Identifying and engaging stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery.
  • Data Analysis (DTAN): Investigating and interpreting data to guide communications and measure campaign success.
  • Consultancy (CNSL): Providing expert advice on engagement, communications, and marketing strategy.
  • Change Implementation Planning and Management (CIPM): Planning and managing communication strategies to support organisational change.
