Location: 15 Meakin Road, Meadowbrook QLD 4131, K&B Security Doors and Shutters

Employment Type: Initial Casual transitioning to Permanent Full-Time

Hourly Rate: $45-$50 (Casual), $36-$40 (Permanent Full-Time)

Role Overview

We're seeking a highly experienced security screen installer to take on a senior role within our installation team. This position requires advanced technical skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to mentor junior installers.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 6am-2pm^

Key Responsibilities

  • Expert-level installation of security screens
  • Conduct accurate check measuring for complex installations
  • Provide on-site training and technical guidance to other installers
  • Troubleshoot installation challenges
  • Professional customer interaction and issue resolution

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in security screen installation
  • Demonstrable expertise in check measuring
  • Valid manual driver's license
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving capabilities
  • Professional presentation and communication skills

^Overtime paid at applicable rates. Current installers average 38-42 hours weekly.
