Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Junior Project Coordinator
to support our project management team. In this role, you will assist in organising project activities, maintaining documentation, coordinating communication, and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule. This position is ideal for candidates who are early in their career and eager to develop project management skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting notes, and status updates.
  • Track project progress, deadlines, deliverables, and risk items.
  • Support communication between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Organise project meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
  • Help ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain project-related databases, folders, and documentation systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to the project management team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop project coordination capabilities.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Basic understanding of project management principles (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, MS Project).
  • Previous internship or administrative experience in a project-related environment.
