Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager based in Melbourne, VIC. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, facilitating communication among stakeholders, handling expediting processes, performing inspections, and overseeing logistics to meet project objectives effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining high-quality standards will be critical.

Qualifications

  • Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project milestones
  • Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor processes to ensure timely movement of resources
  • Experience in Inspection for quality assurance and compliance with project requirements
  • Logistics Management expertise for effectively managing supply chains and project materials
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related discipline
  • Experience in the aviation or UAS sector is a plus
