Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options. This role requires a proactive approach to business development, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the SME, general, sports, events, and transportation sectors.
  • Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
  • Negotiate insurance terms and premiums with underwriters to secure the best possible deals for clients.
  • Handle inquiries and concerns from clients promptly and effectively, providing outstanding customer service at all times.
Requirements:
  • Must have 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably within the SME, general, sports, events, or transportation insurance sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Tier 1 Insurance Broking
