We are looking for a suitably experienced individual to fill the role of National Recall Coordinator, based in our Sydney or Melbourne office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recall Management
     – Send email reminders and make follow-up calls and emails to secure repeat business; measured by number of recalls actioned and the conversion rate.
  • Reporting & Analysis
     – Provide accurate reporting of recall outcomes, including itemised reasons why equipment is not returned, to enable precise measurement of recall effectiveness and identification of lost business opportunities.
  • Data Accuracy
     – Ensure accurate entry of recall jobs into working document and ERP systems; measured by % accuracy.
  • KPI & Target Achievement
     – Consistently meet or exceed recall sales and retention targets; measured against monthly KPI dashboards
  • Customer Relationship Management
     – Build rapport and maintain strong client relationships; measured through customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Administration Support
     – Prepare reports and quotations with high accuracy and within agreed timeframes; improves sales team efficiency.
  • Goal Setting & Follow-Through
     – Set clear personal recall and sales goals aligned with team objectives; measured by % of goals achieved.

Experience Required:

  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Data analysis and reporting capability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Confident and proactive with outbound calls.
  • Strong work ethic, persistence, and accountability.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.
